“Working as a lab technician for NWT construction made me realize that the construction industry was the right place for me. I enjoy the challenges associated with testing and interpreting the results in the lab. At the end of my program I hope to have a career that not only challenges me but gives the opportunity to utilize the skills and knowledge that I have gained both on the job and through my education. Thankfully the student partnership program will help me achieve this.”  – Kyle Clarke, NWT Lab Technician and Student Partnering Program participant"
